Unregister and Register the correct product key

Hi,

We brought 4 seat licenses and 2 concurrent licenses recently for test advantage HP. Instead of installing product with seat license, we installed the product with concurrent license in a machine, and registered the same product key(Concurrent key) in Infragistics product registration site for that profile. Now we need to uninstall the test advantage from that machine and we need to install it with Seat license and also need to unregister the product key from the profile and need to update with seat product license key for that profile in infragistics site. What we should do?

    Hello Selvakumar,

    For the installation of the product, you need to uninstall and then install the product with the new key. As for transfering the license I can assist you with that as well.  I will follow up with you by sending you an email.
