Unable to install Ignite UI Main / Help / Sample

Good afternoon, all!  I just installed Infragistics 14.2 on a Windows 7 system.  Everything was going smoothly until it came time to install the Ignite UI package.  I get the following error message:

"An error occurred while downloading Ignite UI.  No URI for this file has been set.  Please verify that there is an active internet connection an try again"

I get the same error for for Ignite UI Help and Ignite Samples.

I've tried three times to do the install of theses modules and no luck.  There is an active internet connection.

If anyone could shed some light on the subject, I would be most appreciative.

    Hi Scott,

    Are you installing with the Platform Installer? The Platform Installer will encounter an error if it cannot download the MSI files to install Infragistics because it is blocked by a firewall or a proxy, or if it fails to connect for some reason.

    If you are using a registered product, please try downloading the Complete Bundle instead. The Complete Bundle can be found on the Account Info page. Select your product version from the list, then choose "Ignite UI [version] Complete Bundle."

    If you are using a trial, you can get the offline installer here.

    Please let me know if this does not solve the issue.
