Click events are not handled in webdata grid

I have to enable all radio buttons in that particular column in my webdata grid on click of a column header checkbox. I'm able to click the checkbox but not able to trigger javascript for enabling all radio buttons in that table. Reset button to clear all radio buttons all not triggers the functionality.

It's very urgent.

In order to ensure that your issue is addressed correctly can you please verify whether you are using igGrid from the Ignite UI for JavaScript toolset or WebDataGrid from ASP.NET. This will help me decide how should I proceed further and provide you with better and more accurate support.

this works when compatibility is on but not when compatibility is off. similar way of clearing the changes are not done in incompatibility mode.

Hello vandana,

Attached you will find a small sample reproducing the described behavior.

When the header checkbox is checked, each radio button is checked also and vice versa.

Please test it on your side and let me know how it behaves. If this is not an accurate demonstration of what you are trying to achieve please feel free to modify it and send it back to me along with steps to reproduce.

Hello vandana,

During the last years, browsers and frameworks have undergone some significant changes. In order to comply with all these changes our controls have developed as well, which is related with many changes in the way they work. This might be a possible reason for any unexpected behavior in case that you are still using version 10.2.

Please note that according to our product lifecycle, version 10.2 is no longer eligible for support and maintenance.
