I have downloaded ReportPlus, I have an infragistics account which I can log into (obviously) but I just get a forbidden error when trying to use the same credentials? What can I do?

I have a free account with infragistics (my company has an enterprise version). I downloaded ReportPlus from google play. I attempted to login with my free account and received an error (see screenshot).
I am using ReportPlus version: 1.1.454
You will need to have a subscription with an iOS account in order to log in.
This is because only the iOS version has a subscription. We are working towards a version of ReportPlus Android that can create and edit dashboards.With the preview version you should be able to view dashboards that have already been created and shared with you.
