We are using Version=11.1.20111.2064 of Infragistics35.WebUI.UltraWebGrid.v11.1 and we are experiencing trouble in selecting a row. When a person selects a row near the bottom of the grid, the selected row changes to a row near the top after a few seconds. While mousing over the grid, the control seems to refresh itself more than once.
What could be causing this? Is there a way to control the events that are firing?

I know it1s been a while since you posted but if you are still in need of assistance I would be glad to help.
I followed the steps that you suggested but I was unable to reproduce the behavior that you are describing.
I have attached the sample project I used to test this for your reference. Please test this on your PC; whether or not it works correctly may help indicate the nature of this issue.
If this sample project is not an accurate demonstration of what you are trying to do please feel free to modify it and send it back or send a small isolated project of your own where the issue is reproducible. This would be highly appreciated and would help me to investigate this further.
Could you please provide me with some additional information regarding your scenario:
1) In which browser are you experiencing the issue?
2) Is this issue occuring when the user selects row that is not near the bottom of the grid?

Hi Vasya,
We seemed to have solved that problem by disabling an IE plug-in in the browser of a particular user.
However, we are facing a similar issue with Ultra Web Grid following a recent Windows Update - kb2836943 and kb2836942 that affect .NET 2.0 and 3.5.
We have noticed that the Grid does not work anymore in non IE browsers (Chrome, Safari/IPAD). Has anyone else reported this? Is there a work around.

I believe the reason for this issue might be that the environment in which the UltraWebGrid is being used is not supported. Some further reference about NetAdvantage supported environments could be found at:
