App keeps prompting for password for connection to SharePoint. Have confirmed that username and password are correct. This is happening across all our devices.
Only just started happening app has been working perfectly.

It sounds like you may need to create a new app password for the app. wordle To do this, go to your account settings and generate a new app password. Once the new password is generated, use this when the app prompts for a password. Additionally, make sure you entered the correct username and password when prompted. If none of these steps work, you may need to reach out to the app's support team to troubleshoot further.

I am glad to inform that earlier today we released SharePlus version 4.6.2 which fixes the O365 vs. Web Login, lets say, issue. If you did change the Site's settings to Web Log in, even though it will work now even with the change, you could potentially change it back to O365 (the authentication mode) because today's fix enables that possibility precisely.
