App keeps prompting for password for connection to SharePoint. Have confirmed that username and password are correct. This is happening across all our devices.

It sounds like you may need to create a new app password for the app. wordle To do this, go to your account settings and generate a new app password. Once the new password is generated, use this when the app prompts for a password. Additionally, make sure you entered the correct username and password when prompted.
