The links to lists and items in my favorites do not work: when tapping I get the following error:
Item not found
There is no subsite available that contains the selected content
Only links to items in the root of our website seem to work.

What you describe is a known issue reported last week. Its fix is already implemented and will be available in v3.2 (ETA late May).
It has to do with, oddly enough, the order of your sites in the Home Screen. If you have your sites arranged like:
- Site 1
- Site 2
Re-arrange them (tap EDIT then drag up/down) like this:
This should make your favorites work.

I attempted to do what you speak of and still received the same error. I'm only using the 30 day demo, but you say this should be fixed in the new release. Is this still planned to be fixed?
Indeed, this has been fixed and will be available in SharePlus v3.2 coming out next week.
I just tested this in the version 3.2 and it still does not appear to be working. Was this fixed?
