Running SharePlusMac 2.1. with Microsoft office 2011 of Mac OS X, 10.7.3.
Having trouble opening documents in Microsoft Word (from the server). opening from Microsoft Word(local copy) is fine but is read only so does not allow editing, same with Powerpoint, Excel seems ok though.
any ideas?

You're right!
In order to get the link to a document you must browse the site, then the document library on Safari. Then, right-click the document and select "Copy Link". This is the URL you'll put in Office for Mac.
Regarding the passwords, that's a possibility. I believe you can manage the passwords with the Keychain app. I found this article that talks about it, just in case you want to try it while waiting for your support. http://www.macworld.com/article/2013756/how-to-manage-passwords-with-keychain-access.html

Hello again.I think I know what's wrong, Mac saves the password for the old sites. I recently change your password blah. sharepoint.Do not remember how to clear it, i have to check with our support.

Ok, but LINKS does not describe how to find the url of the document. How do I find the url.It works besides with no problems opening the file in Microsft Document Connection.
This is terrible... Would you mind helping me determine if this is strictly related to SharePlus?

It explains how to open a document in Office for Mac directly without any 3rd party app. You will need to have the document's URL though.

I have this problem on several sites, one of them I am a administrator, and the second is I Site owner and administrator.
I can open it with the selection "from local copy" but not with the selection "from server" I do not really know what the difference is, but assume it has with the "check out" feature.
