I am trying to determine which versions of your Product support the MySites functionality. The Product comparison page on the site http://www.sharepointoniphone.com/ shows 'NEW: My Site Support' for version 3.2 for both Pro and Enterprise. The SharePlus manual (http://southlabs.com/user_manual/SharePlusManual.pdf) has a What's New in V3.2 section on page 3 that shows the MySite and My Profile in Enterprise and not Pro. We are currently using v3.2(3.2.17) and the only way to add a MySite is to use the normal Add site wizard and it then shows like any normal site. The My Profile does not show up at all.

I have notified the web site staff so we can correct this as soon as possible.
SharePlus PRO does not support My Site though you can add it using the Add Site button as you state.
My Site and My Profile are supported in SharePlus Enterprise only.
