We use UAG and Shareplus and have followed the instructions in the this forum post to successfully activate Web Login:

However, upon testing the web login, we discovered that although new items are created in the database, attachments to those items are not carried over. There is no error message. We found that the only way to have items uploaded with their attachments is to use VPN and Windows Based authentication.
Does anyone have any ideas?

To ensure that I have all the information needed to properly asses the reason why attachments are not working properly, may I ask if you can provide me with technical log files? Please follow the steps in this forum post http://goo.gl/qsIyr in order to enable and send us SharePlus' technical logs after reproducing the issue a couple of times. Once complete, please compress the files into one .Zip file and attach it onto this forum so that I may examine this further.
