Thank you for your post. I have been looking into it and I can say that in order to open the document you should double click on it and a popup will appear with information about the file. After that you should double click over the icon with the paper. Then the document will load in the Preview app. Please let me know if this helps you, if not could you please tell what are the steps you follow in order to open the document, what is the version of SharePlus you use and is there any error that occurs when you try to open the excel file.
