I am using SharePlus for my work. I got two questions :
Thank you for posting at IG forums!
That green arrow indicates it is checked out.
If the library requires check out to edit:
* This will work for office documents should you have Office:Mac 2011
When it comes to non-office documents, you can:
If the library does not require check in, you may skip the check in and check out steps.
I hope this helps. If not, let me know so I can try to help you better.
I think we are not talking about the same arrow.
In the attached capture, you can clearly see 2 different green arrows. I assume the little one indicates check-in ? But what does mean the bigger one on the left ?
You're right, they have different meanings.
The one to the left indicates the document has been downloaded and is available for offline use, should the library have offline support enabled.
The one to the right indicates the document has been checked out.
Ok. Does it mean that the only way to "remove" this green arrow is to reset the cache from the library in order to clean all downloaded files for offline use ?
In spite of thi SharePlus will keep a local cache to minimize network use.
I hope this answers your questions.
