Favorites missing after changing password

Hi,

We are currently using Shareplus Pro on iOS to connect to Sharepoint. I had listed several favorites.

Since I changed the password the favorites are missing.

Is this normal? Is there any way to recuperate those settings?

yes, the 87 bookmarks are synced with the chrome server...but i would suggest you backup your current bookmarks just in case.

what you have to do is simply sign back into chrome if you haven't already. dinosaur game

also, go to chrome://sync-internals and post a screenshot of that page here.

I had the same problem because the password was expired because I installed Active Directory. But everything was fixed when I found out the cause slope ball
