SharePlus' offline support configuration is for enabling offline browsing for a particular list(s). To be able to navigate contents while disconnected from having an internet connection the offline support option must be enabled for each list individually. If you update one or more files go back into online mode and sync your site SharePlus will update any pending changes made while you were offline and your SharePoint site will now be up to date. May I ask if I answered your question?
