Is there any to have the 'view in web' and 'view in Safari' options to display in PC view by default?
Keep in mind that the availability and functionality of such extensions may change over time, so it's recommended to search for up-to-date solutions and read user reviews to find a suitable option for your needs.

The promised PowerPoint file containing my four images is attached as a zip file.

Hi Dave,
FYI, I'm using SharePoint 2013.
Looks like you were right. The ellipses are generated by SharePoint and I can switch back to the mobile view from the pc view by changing the SharePoint settings.
That said, it would be nice to be able to set the default mobile/pc view option and control it from SharePlus.
I will attach four images as a PowerPoint file in a separate post to follow. The first shows the Web view in mobile mode with the ellipses in the bottom right hand corner of the display. The second shows the ellipses menu. The third shows the web view in pc mode and the fourth shows the pc mode settings menu that allows on to switch back to mobile mode.
