I would like to be able to selectively hide site items that are currently displayed in SharePlus and are a needless distraction for the users that I support, e.g., items like Site Assets, Site Library and Form Templates.
It would be nice if the Edit option (upper right corner) could be modified so the triple bar icon associated with an item could include a show/hide option. When Edit is selected all (visible and currently hidden) site items would be displayed so they can be configured, and currently hidden items would be highlighted.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the ability to selectively hide site items in SharePlus. We understand that having unnecessary items like Site Assets, Site Library, and Form Templates can be distracting for your users.
Currently, SharePlus does not have a built-in feature to hide specific site items directly through the Edit option or the triple bar icon. However, we see the value in your suggestion and understand how this functionality could improve user experience by streamlining the interface and reducing clutter.
Here are a few potential workarounds you might consider in the meantime:
Permissions Settings: You could adjust permissions for different user groups, limiting their access to certain site items. While this won’t "hide" items in the interface, it will prevent users from viewing or interacting with them.
Custom Views: You can create custom views that filter out unwanted items for different user groups. This way, users will only see the content that is relevant to them, though all items remain technically accessible.
SharePlus Configuration: Depending on your SharePlus version and configuration capabilities, you might be able to customize the app's settings to limit the visibility of certain site items.
That said, we have forwarded your suggestion to our product development team for consideration in future updates. A feature like the one you've described, allowing for a more tailored interface, would certainly enhance SharePlus's usability.
