I am facing problems while editing and inserting the values in a cell in WebDataGrid. When I click on a cell to edit and move to any other cell in that row without entering any value it automatically set the value in that dropdownfield/textbox as "null".How can I resolve this issue?

I was not able to reproduce the behaviour that you're seeing on your side. I have attached the sample project I used to test this. Please test this project on your side; whether or not it works correctly may help indicate the nature of this issue. I am not able to run your sample, because of too many dependencies.
Please provide isolated sample which focused on the issue, you can also try to replicate this on the provided sample by me.
Also please make sure when you test this you use the latest service release of 12.2.
