Webdatagrid filter dropdown doesn't work in chrome

Hello all,

We have version 11.1. When opening the filter dropdown at the top of a grid column, trying to scroll the list of options either by the ip- and down-arrows or using the scrollbar closes the popup. Scrolling with the mousewheel works.

This affects in Win10+ IE and chrome browser. Win7+IE works fine.

Can you please help with this?

Thank you for posting in our community.

I believe that the root cause for this behavior is the fact that latest versions of Chrome and Internet Explorer are not supported for version 11.1 of NetAdvantage. More about our supported environments could be found here.

Chrome Latest Two Major Versions - 11.2 and later

Firefox Latest Two Major Versions - 11.1 and later

Internet Explorer 11.x - 13.1 and later

Internet Explorer 10.x - 12.2 - 15.2

Internet Explorer 9.x - 10.2 - 15.2

Internet Explorer - Microsoft Support Lifecycle

Safari 6.0 and later - 11.2 and later
