I can't find an example on how to add multiple Needles, TickMarks, Ranges for the XamRadialGauge in v17.2
Previous versions provide examples on how to achieve it.

For configuring needles, tickmarks, and ranges you can see the following topics:

RadialGauge Configuring Ranges
RadialGauge Configuring Tick Marks
As for multiple needs that is not supported. You can achieve his by stacking multiple radial gauges on top of one another. And hiding the tickmarks, ranges, and etc on all but the bottom radial gauge.
Multiple needles were supported in v 16.1.
Thank you for the update. Looking at our documentation the Radial Gauge you are referencing has been retired and removed from the product:
Breaking Changes 2017 Volume 2
The XamRadialGauge that still exists in the product does not support multiple needles.
