Do you get to see the "xamTimeline => Display => Numeric Timeline => NumericTimeTimeline.xaml.cs" in VB.net code samples you provide?

Thank you for your post.
I have been looking into it. On the following link from our site you would find the online samples for the XamTimeline control:http://www.infragistics.com/samples/wpf/timeline/numeric-timeline.
When you open above link you would be able to see the sample you have mentioned in your initial post. Then when you open the dropdown bellow the XamTimeline you would be able to a file, named NumericTimeTimeline.xaml.vb.

Syntax error occurs when you apply a sample you provided.
