i'm unable to launch Shareplus secure app through Mobileiron trying to connect to sharepoint site . am using Mobileiron Core version 9.1 + sentry 8.0.1 + IPA for Shareplus upload correctly..
i can't make it work on my Ipad it failed with error " configuration manager : couldn't find an update version..."
i can see the app going on apptunnel 'allowed' but the policy is still on pending status ..
app specific configuration :
configurationauthenticationproviderid =0 ; configuration URL = https://int-intranet.bil.com/sites/ipad-share/shareplusconfig/config.plist ; configurationproviderID = 0

I sent a new iOS 11 compatible build to Michael G today. Are you running this latest version? It should be 4.9.4.2.

error : configuration manager : configuration could not be updated. check your network connectivity and try again..
Michael G reported an issue with MobileIron which seems to be related to iOS 11 due to the new TLS requirement.
Please contact Michael to check on the status of this. They were having issues with deployment so maybe you don't have the latest version (4.9.4.2).
