[SharePlus iOS] [4.17+] Troubleshooting WebLogin

The WebLogin authentication method was recently updated and we worked hard to cover many different scenarios.

Many technologies can be integrated to the authentication process, if you started having login issues in SharePlus recently, please let us know about it following the steps below.

Contact Us

Go to the WebLogin screen, use the “Get Help” and then the “Contact Us button to provide us with information. Please describe your issue and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.


Temporary Workaround

If you need a quick (but temporary) fix to get SharePlus working again, you can follow the next steps: 

  1. Go to Device Settings and find “SharePlus”. (If you use a custom Enterprise name, search for it instead).
  2. Turn on the "Use UIWebView WebLogin" setting


  1. Shut down the app and try again 

Important Note: this workaround will not be available in future SharePlus versions, so please report the problem to SharePlus Support as soon as possible.
