We store some One Note documents on our SharePoint site but they don't show up in the SharePlus application. One Note is available on Android and iOS. Is there a reason the One Note workbooks are not listed? I'm using the SharePlus lite application for testing.

When you say they don't show up and are not listed, do you mean they do not appear in SharePlus as library items? In what type of library are they at?
Even though OneNote is available for iOS, since the app does not support Open In we can't send OneNote documents to it.
In Android you shouldn't have issues opening OneNote documents.

We have the OneNote workbook in a SharePoint Foundation document library. I'm viewing the library using SharePlus Lite on Android. The OneNote workbook does not appear in the list when browsing it from SharePlus Lite.

When exactly does the issue come up? When trying to set up the site? When trying to access the site? When trying to open a list or library?

Can you see the OneNote workbook if you access the site via your browser?
