yesterday I purchased the SharePlus Pro Version for IOS.
If I want to connect to my SharePoint Site I get the following error:"Service response in unexpected format, please review your configuration."
With the SharePlus light Version all run perfect with the same(!) settings.

Is your site published via Forefront?What authentication mechanism you use to connect to your site with SharePlus?What version of SharePoint are you connecting to?While you answer these questions you may want to try going to Settings > Advanced Settings > User Agent and change it to “SharePlus” and go to Settings > Advanced Settings > SSL Level and set it up to SSL v3 if your URL starts with HTTPS.

thx for your help.I found the problem:
In the Lite Version in the "Advance Settings" was an User-Agent entry. This entry was empty in the Pro Version. I copy/paste the value and the login was successfully.

Followed your instructions, I can't make my SharePlus Pro work through UAG.
When the app was testing the connection, it ended up an error - Response in unexpected format. And I could go further.
I have replaced Lite version with Pro, changed SSL as well as User Agent to SharePlus. None of them seemed to work.
