When Shareplus is initially launched on iPad or iPhone the following error occurs:
404- Not Found Service response in unexpected format, please review your configuration.
Once the app loads into memory, everything functions correctly. No error occurs when opening Shareplus once it’s loaded in memory.
Juan & Javier, is this the correct form for this question? Any suggestion on how to proceed would greatly be appreciated.

Is this happening when you try to connect to your site or when trying to browse a library or a list?
We opening the app for the first time(not in memory), initially connecting to the site, no issues browsing list or lib. After the 404 error msg.
If the issue is with connecting to a site:
no issues connecting after the error msg.
Is your site published via Forefront? No Mobile Iron
What authentication mechanism did you use to connect to your site with SharePlus? MobileIron
What version of SharePoint are you connecting to? 2010
If the issue is with browsing a list or a library: no issue browsing
Is the list customized? In what way? No issue with custom list or libraries
And please follow the steps in this forum post http://www.infragistics.com/community/forums/t/92048.aspx in order to enable and send us the
SharePlus' technical logs after reproducing the issue a couple of times.
The error msg occurs before the app initializes, I couldn’t get the log to capture any information.
Issue seems to be related to when the social feature was added.

Is this happening to more than one device?Are you testing an enterprise build?If so, could you provide us with test credentials in order to get console logs on our end?

Spent time on a support call today, believe the issue is tracked down to a configuration setting. We hope to have the issue resolved tomorrow.
