September: BUILD, Heartland Developers Conference, and Community Choice Awards

Sara Faatz / Friday, September 2, 2011

If you’re anything like me, you’re probably wondering where the year has gone – I can’t believe it’s September already!  The good news is that this month is packed with tons of community goodness!

First, if you haven’t heard, final voting is underway for the DevProConnections Community Choice Awards (voting closes September 7). Infragistics has been nominated for 11 awards (thank you!).  We truly appreciate the nominations and humbly ask you to help us by visiting this link to vote for Infragistics!  You’ll find us in the following categories:

1. Add-IN: Infragistics NetAdvantage Ultimate; 2. Charting & Graphics Tools: Infragistics NetAdvantage for Silverlight Data Visualization; 6. Community Resource: Infragistics Quince; 7. Component Set: Infragistics NetAdvantage Ultimate; 12. Grid: Infragistics Grid; 17. Online Editor: Infragistics Editor Controls; 18. Printing/Reporting Tools: Infragistics NetAdvantage Reporting; 23. Silverlight Product: Infragistics NetAdvantage for Silverlight; 24. Testing/QA Tool: Infragistics TestAdvantage for Windows Forms; 27. Free Tool: Infragistics Quince UX Patterns Explorer; 28. Best Vendor Support: Infragistics

Second, those attending the Heartland Developer Conference in Omaha September 7-9, could win a copy of NetAdvantage Ultimate and Visual Studio Professional, courtesy of Infragistics.  Make sure you are present during the closing keynote!

And finally, there’s BUILD September 13 -16 in Anaheim.  We are very excited to not only be attending, but to be one of the few partners asked to exhibit! What’s more, we are sponsoring  Geek Fest @ BUILD on Thursday, September 15.  We will have Geek Fest passes at our booth – stop by early to get one. These always go fast!

And then we look towards the rest of Fall with Code Camps, Microsoft’s SharePoint Conference, DevConnections, and more.  If you are a user group leader or Code Camp coordinator and are looking for support, please feel free to contact me at sfaatz (at) Infragistics.com.
