BetweenOnly allows the cell value if it or its text length, depending on the validation criteria, is between the constraints applied to the validation rule. The constraints are inclusive.
NotBetweenOnly allows the cell value if it or its text length, depending on the validation criteria, is not between the constraints applied to the validation rule. The constraints are exclusive.
